These Terms of Use apply to Olympe’s website https://olympe.io and associated pages such as https://olympe.support (thereafter the “Site”). It is operated by Olympe SA, a Swiss company registered under n° CHE-190.628.093 and based in Lausanne (thereafter “Olympe”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The Site is the property of Olympe. Property includes intellectual property rights, in particular copyrights, on the whole design, appearance, and material of the Site. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, republish or imitate the Site or some parts of the Site for any commercial purpose, or to make any other use incompatible with intellectual property rights.

2. Acceptable And Unacceptable Use

The Site is intended to provide general information about Olympe’s products, services, team and history, to offer you support related to Olympe’s products and services and to allow you to contact Olympe for further requests. The Site may also offer you a free trial of DRAW, a programming platform developed by Olympe.

You are not allowed to use the Site in any way that is inconsistent with the use described above, in particular in a way that would prejudice the legitimate use of other users (request overload, etc.).

Olympe deploys its best efforts to ensure that the Site is always accessible. However, Olympe does not bear any responsibility for the Site being temporarily unavailable.

If you wish to take part in a free trial of DRAW, you will have to register and provide personal information (first name, last name, email and password). You are responsible for choosing a sufficiently secure password and for not allowing third parties to have access to it.
